Her word has been consistently gold when discussing any issue(s) together—you are a class act! The same goes for Alex and the entire maintenance crew. Safe, clean, and near all the shopping, hospitals, and scenery. This community has my highest recommendation.

My wife and I have been living at Avalon La Jolla Colony for the past FIVE YEARS. We've looked at other communities, but nothing comes close to this community. Location, location, location. Convenience is paramount, especially during COVID. The service and support both from the front office and the maintenance team are dedicated. Every service request we have submitted has been resolved within 24 hours. Natasha and Luis at the front office are always available to answer any issues or questions. The maintenance crew with Horacio, Gilberto' Junior', Jose and Victor are all rock stars. They keep the property immaculate as I've never seen people so committed and hard working. I'll say 'Hi' to them and let them all know that I appreciate their commitment to our community's upkeep. Avalon La Jolla has my highest recommendation. I indubitably feel safe here. Cheers!
