Great place to live!! Very close to the beach. Love living here, the apartments are huge and very spacious! The Property Manager James is always a pleasure to work with and Mike Grounds/Facilities manager is very helpful if you have any issues! Great workout room and nice hot tub and pool! Whether you are single or have a family this place will be comfortable!

Great place, great vibe, friendly neighbors!!!!! Very pet friendly! We have lived here for over 6 months and have been very pleased with the customer service from front office staff and my dealings with facilities manager. I love the fact that food trucks of various vendors greet me with a smile and the aroma of their delicious dishes. We have received calls from staff at leasing office as well as facilities manager inquiring if any repairs or service was necessary. That's very reassuring to know that this team is ON IT!!!!! I had the pleasure of dealing with mike billesbach (facilities manager) and was impressed with his knowledge and his customer service/professionalism has been top notch. The areas are kept clean and the grounds are well kept. Thank you for the great place and keep up the hard work.
