The Madison is a hidden gem in El Cajon and dog friendly. I lived here for 9 years and enjoyed my cozy apartment. It was sad to move (out of state). Alvaro, the manager is very kind and quick to respond which I feel is extremely important if you are leasing. He also looks out for the residents and I felt safe there as a single woman. Even my dog loves him! ☺️

Lived here from 6//22 to 11/24. Soon after I moved in, Legar Management took over. They have provided excellent service and support. Their tenant portal website is user friendly and easy to pay the rent, request maintenance, etc. The landscaping is well maintained and it is reasonably quiet for a large apartment complex. Double pane windows and AC of course.
