The Ridge Apartments is located in City Heights close to schools, restaurants, shops, and has easy access to freeways (SR 94, I-805, I-15.) Our gated complex offers 2 bedroom floor plans and each unit includes an optional 2 car garage for excellent storage space. Every cozy apartment comes with a private balcony or patio for your relaxation. There is a laundry room in each building for your convenience! The apartment community offers attractively landscaped grounds, full-time & after-hours maintenance, responsive on-site property management and a safe and very quiet living environment. For our residents enjoyment, the BBQ by the pool and jacuzzi is a great way to enjoy the San Diego weather year-round. Lease terms are negotiable. Come take a look at what we have to offer! Don't let these reviews fool you this place is like any other apartment building. Maintenance is always available when I need them with a request of course and do not let me get started with Vanessa she makes sure things are done and always is there to answer a call. These are old apartments so you'll see a spider or 2 and maybe a cockaroch but there is a pool here and they are water bugs but I haven't seen one ever in my apartment.

And Jacqueline truly went above and beyond to get us settled into our new home. I have never met such a compassionate leasing staff! Highly recommended.
