I came to see a unit and ended up being shown three upon request, I fell in love with one of the upstairs units but it was being reserved. Joanna moved heaven and earth immediately to try and get me the apartment that same day when I expressed how much I loved it! I ended up not being able to move in due to personal circumstances that came up but I just wanted to say Joanna was so sweet and accommodating despite only speaking to me over the phone for a few minutes prior to the tour. Thank you Joanna! I would also like to mention, I didn’t catch his name but the maintenance guy was in one of the units working and was so awesome and helpful talking about the process and things to do in the area, thank you summit park!

Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Francisco, who works in our residential complex. He came to replace our refrigerator, and right from the start, he demonstrated himself as a very responsible worker. Francisco carefully and smoothly brought in the new refrigerator and set it up perfectly. He paid attention to every detail to ensure everything was working properly, which really put my mind at ease. Francisco was not only efficient and thorough in his work, but he also exceeded expectations with his politeness and willingness to help. It’s rare to encounter someone who not only does their job well but also makes the entire process pleasant. I am very grateful for his help and am happy to recommend him as a responsible and reliable employee. Thank you, Francisco, for making what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free!
