I’ve never had an issue here that the property management company didn’t resolve for me in a timely manner. Great place to live for the price.

The apartment itself is fine inside but the neighborhood and community is horrible. The neighbors are always pounding, playing loud music, shouting, or arguing very loudly and usually late at night. We’ve had several packages stolen and even had a registration sticker stolen off of our car. The trash cans are always full and over flowing with dumped furniture because there are no locks or fences around the trash cans so whoever wants to dump there can. There’s a swarm of flies on the common area that you have to walk through no matter what (probably due to the neighbors who leave dirty diapers laying outside of their door). An auto body shop is directly next door so there is constant noise and reserved parking spots being taken by their beat up cars. Save yourself the headache and pay the extra $100 it takes to live somewhere nice and respectable.
