At first glance the pricing looks on par for the area, but when you consider the convenience of the location and see the quality of the units, it's almost too good to be true. I get up every morning, go down three floors to the gym, come back up and watch the sun rise through floor-to-ceiling windows, and walk 90 seconds out the door to take the MAX to PSU. I couldn't ask for a better place to live; grateful every day here.
