Charming historic building with cozy units. Close to foodie areas, downtown and central east side. Plenty of parking which is hard to find! Been here about five years and know most of the longer stay residents. It’s surprisingly pretty quiet around here at night.

I’ve been here since October and I love it! The building itself is so pretty and I feel very cozy and welcome in my home. Packages feel safe in the lobby and you don’t have to worry about your neighbors at all - everyone keeps to themselves! Also the laundry on every floor is the most convenient, I always hated hauling laundry all the way to the basement. Overall a great experience so far 🫶
