The tree-lined street is gorgeous during the summer months and brings the beauty of Oregon nature to city living. Residents can also enjoy the year-round PSU Farmers Market, which is open on Saturdays, year-round!

Pretty nice spot:) all my neighbors have been really nice and awesome since I moved here in June and all my requests for maintenance have been quickly attended to

I lived in the Cumberland apartments for a little over a year and it was a nightmare from the beginning. Jill, the manager, refused to let me see the apartment before signing the lease. She threatened me with renting the apartment to someone else if I wanted to go and see it. At that point I had a week to move out of my living situation at the time so I signed the lease. I went to go see the apartment by myself because Jill had left the door unlocked. When I went inside there was a house less persons things inside along with animals. There have been countless times I’ve gotten my packages stolen, come home and it smells like urine in the stairs because the first door did not have a lock on it. We also did not have hot water for a week while I lived there. The streets outside were very loud and it took me a long time to get used to the noise. Overall, very unsafe apartments and I would not recommend living here. I gave two stars only because the apartment that I lived in was super cute.
