Apartments include a washer/dryer, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. We welcome service animals. Renter’s insurance is not required but is highly recommended. Water, sewer, and trash are all included in the cost of the rent. The resident is responsible for Electric and will pay this directly to the provider. Single person household cannot make more than $49560 annually. This includes all sources. Photos are representative only; décor and interior will vary. Housing Vouchers and rental assistance welcome. The application fee is $50 per adult.
