I've been living here. Let's say over 5 years. They chose good name for the place. Cause it is sort of tucked out of the way. There is little to no crime here. And besides a couple yapping dogs, the place is pretty quiet, too. So if you're into blasting your radio or throwing parties, this place is not the place for you. Anytime I needed maintenance? They're right on it. The laundry room has 5 washers and dryers. And its card only? Which I've never had a problem with? And I've only had to wait a couple times to do laundry. They keep the outside and the stairways clean. The only thing I don't like is they raise the rent. A $100 every year. And I'm hoping there's a cutoff point before I can't pay the rent.😁
