To have been a resident here was such a treat! From the moment we walked in the doors to tour this lovely establishment, we felt at home. Tonya, the rental manager, exuded warmth, grace, professionalism, and kindness. Throughout our time living here, she always went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and happy (which we were, given how great the staff is and how wonderful a building it is). No matter how busy she was, she always made time for us, whether it be via email, phone, or in person. She is a gem! Vivian, another manager, was also wonderful. She is friendly, personable, and truly cares about the needs of the residents. The building itself is beautiful, and living here fulfilled all of our expectations and then some. When we first looked at the fitness center, we were a bit in shock as it was so well furnished with all the equipment one needs for an excellent work out. Having looked at many other places in the Pearl district, this fitness center really stood out amongst the others. In fact, the Burlington Tower itself, as a whole, stood out amongst the others because all the elements are in place: a wonderful and caring staff, a gorgeous and quiet building, a safe atmosphere, an amazing fitness center, and an overall sense that this place is truly something special. We feel honored to have lived here, and I recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone else considering it as their home. No need to look elsewhere!

The management staff is excellent and the building is very well maintained. There is a door man most evenings, which is incredibly helpful if you need anything after the main office has closed. The walls are very solid so the soundproofing is excellent. I lived here for 3 years and rarely ever heard my neighbors. I think the views of Mount Hood are some of the best in the Pearl. They host monthly receptions which is an pleasant way to get to know your neighbors and maybe even make some friends (perfect for anyone who is new to the area). Overall this is the best building I have ever lived in, and anyone who has ever visited me has been impressed by the overall experience. Very pet friendly, building is safe & secure and I think they do a great job at screening people (I never had bad neighbors) I highly recommend.
