The apartments are beautiful on the inside! Stainless steel appliances, nice cabinets and countertops, wood laminate that looks amazing, cute bathroom and good sized bedroom. Laundry in unit is a huge plus. Management is super cool and always there for me if I have any problems. Would definitely recommend living here!

I've enjoyed living at The Arleta for sure. The front office is helpful. The maintenance person is awesome; gets things fixed fast in the rare case I need something. The amenities are nice, and the location is prime. Overall, love it here.
