I moved in last year right before the new management took over. It wasn't that pretty but it was decent living and cheap! The apts are huge!! I can fit 2 sectionals in my living room and cali king bed in my bedroom w still lots of room. My 6 month lease is pretty much done and I'm thinking transferring to a new renovated apt because the price is fair and everyone else is about the same price. Plus the remodeled units are BEAUTIFUL. They updated most of the laundry room but still aren't done just yet. The renovation noise isn't a huge issue due to them working when I'm at work. Lots of stuff needed to be redone while the last manager was here and they're doing that now. The previous manager was super nice. But so is the current one. He accommodates me when he can and let's me know when something isn't able to be done. No biggee. All in all I'm happy living here. You can't find many apt communities like this one.

Not the greatest part of vista. Old appliances and painted over cabinets in kitchen and bathroom, chipped wood inside bathroom drawers and cabinets. Loudest neighbors I’ve ever lived with. Laundry room is always filthy with broken machines. Pool is always closed. Management will raise rent regularly with no changes to property. People park in my parking space regularly. Security cameras do not work, gate is broken allowing access to random people. Security guard is a joke, biggest job is closing the laundry room at night.
