Not the greatest part of vista. Old appliances and painted over cabinets in kitchen and bathroom, chipped wood inside bathroom drawers and cabinets. Loudest neighbors I’ve ever lived with. Laundry room is always filthy with broken machines. Pool is always closed. Management will raise rent regularly with no changes to property. People park in my parking space regularly. Security cameras do not work, gate is broken allowing access to random people. Security guard is a joke, biggest job is closing the laundry room at night.
