My wife and I moved into Carlsbad Coast Apartments in May. It’s only been about 2 months and we love it! Teresa (property manager) and Gustavo (Maintenance supervisor) keep the property extremely clean and very well maintained. They both provide the best customer service I have ever received. They know all the tenants by name and check-in every so often to make sure everything is going well. We made a cross-country move and Teresa was helping every step of the way to make sure our move to her community was stress free. All the amenities are a plus, gated parking, additional storage on site if needed, exterior shower to clean up after a beach trip, pool, gym, and more. The location is unbeatable! Just a few blocks south of Carlsbad village (5 minute walk) and even closer to the beach, you can’t beat it. If you have the opportunity to live here, do it, you won’t regret it!

My wife and I have loved living here for the past 3 years. From the beginning, Teresa, the property manager, has gone above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of. Teresa genuinely cares about all of her residents and takes great pride in all aspects of managing the property. From being flexible and accommodating as we were apartment hunting while driving from the East Coast, to tending to our needs during the entirety of our stay, to helping us navigate the moveout process, I cannot imagine a better property manager or a better experience. Between the apartments location, and Teresa's leadership, I strongly recommend anybody looking to live in the Carlsbad Village area choose Carlsbad Coast Apartments.
