We moved from the Inland Empire to Passage at the end of September. To be honest, I was really nervous because the reviews are mixed, and we were brand new to the area. We've had some issues here and there with noise but overall we've had a great expeirence with the staff. Luis is a phenomenal maintenance man, and Lisa in the office is AMAZING. She has been so helpful and understanding with anything we need or our questions. I was nervous about the idea of no one really being onsite, but I have had excellent communication with the staff via phone, email, and text. No apartment is perfect, but their staff really try to accommodate you and work with you to make your living experience good here. Plus the units are stunning so that's always a plus :)

The services are always top notch and done in a timely manner. The quality is always far above satisfactory. Luis is always helpful and has an optimistic attitude towards all issues. Seeing him around the community is always an uplifting part of my day
