Where to begin?! The front desk is super helpful. Joseph is such a down to earth guy and is always willing to help. He always greets us with a smile and gifts. Matt, one of the maintenance guys, has been awesome getting our place fixed up once we moved in to make sure all our issues were taken care of. Avalon Vista is such a great community. Lots of amenities and a very safe place to live!

Beautiful place to live, I love it here, this is the first place my boyfriend and I have together, and it has just been such a wonderful experience, we adore the modern style buildings, also the gym is amazing, and pool too, the whole complex is always extremely clean and tidy at all times, moving here has been so very welcoming, we have met many of the neighbors & staff, specially at the gym in the mornings, that make the experience even more personalized and full of that home feeling, special shout out to Mina maintenance tech for her charm, and lovely vibes, always with a smile and a pleasant word every morning... everyone and everything about Avalon Vista is just so positive and fresh! And I fell so fortunate to call here home
