I am a new resident to the community and it is actually called The Avenue at San Marcos now. Many people were unaware of the change of management of the community just like I was but on my move in date Emily in the office made our transition into moving into our apartment as smooth as possible even though it was a little hectic since the change of management happened only two weeks before. Emily is so nice and helps you out with anything you need and reassures you that she is there for you whenever you need here and I think that is amazing! I would highly recommend this rental community, it is always clean, and well kept and also feels very safe!

I love the location! It is super close to my school. The apartment complex is in a safe area. I have definitely made my new home there.
