I am one of the longer lived residents here and I can honestly say this place has a huge upside. Maintence actually cares about the problems if you address them appropriately and he is very much an honest and straight forward person. I have know him and he has become family in that time. His name is AZ and its nice having someone who makes maintenence on your place sensible and down to earth. Some of the other staff such as Eric has also made this place a game changer! If you just put in a request or have concerns about ANYTHING, Eric will handle it before you can even finish expressing what needs to be done. Truly a great asset to this complex and I couldn't thank both these guys enough for what they have done. Major pros to this place (other than the staff) is the space of each unit. It's bigger from the actual rooms to the outside patios! Just give one a look if you can (come by and ask)! Another pro is how they are about dogs. Super dog friendly and it's more realistic to the families and life of the people who have animals. I will always have a soft spot for this place because they treat not only people, but animals so fairly. The people living here seem to be changing. Much more concern for community (in a positive way) and its seems to be more tight and "every body knows every body" because there isn't as many units as many other places in SC. They seem to be upgrading things almost every year, so that's always exciting and fun to watch! I really have to say there are many pros when it comes to this place in terms of just living. Some people may not like certain aspects, but they don't factor in price and location...... so make you pros and cons list, and I bet you will see this is the place to be!

I have lived in the apartments for over two years now. Even before new management and the new renovations. It has been incredible to see what they have been able to do to this place. The apartments look beautiful. Every time I need something I feel comfortable asking, and it gets taken care of in a timely manner. I have two very large dogs and anyone who is in the same boat knows how hard it is trying to find somewhere that allows them. These apartments are incredibly convenient with the biggest yards/patios I have ever seen in an apartment. Now that I'm moving I am pleased with the process and management is being so kind and cooperative with my situation to make this process smooth. Its time for me to move on; However I recommend living here to anyone.
