The maintenance team’s quick response to my requests for repair on my microwave resulted in a brand new microwave replacement and a last minute request to repair the guest shower on the same visit was quickly resolved. Lupe is such an amazing maintenance tech who truly makes it a priority to fix whatever issue we may have!!! He’s prompt efficient and so knowledgeable of anything maintenance!!! He truly is a prize and deserves a raise for all the hard work he does around the property!!! The office staff is also super friendly and welcoming!! Joseph always makes sure to check in and say hi to anyone around the property!!! You have an amazing staff!!!
