We enjoy cool breezes year-round and fantastic views of rolling hills from our own private balconies. All appliances are included such as a refrigerator, gas stove, and dishwasher. The carpet and vinyl are plush. The unit has an open floor plan which makes it enjoyable to be in the kitchen cooking and be able to socialize with your visitor in the dining and living room. If you need storage space, this unit has plenty. The Master bedroom has an abundance of storage space in the closet, the guest bedroom has a walk-in closet, and lots of cabinetry in the hallway as well as in the kitchen. The unit also has a storage unit attached to it. Residents are responsible for all utilities including cable.
