I have lived here for 2 years and have been very happy. The upgrades are very nice, Maggie and Shane are awesome, and I feel very safe here. Management responds quickly and they care about the community and its’ residents. Management is very involved in the Vista community and excellent role models!

I have lived in my Mountain View home for four years (next Saturday :) - and I could not be more pleased, both with the management team, the new owners, and, the buildings and grounds. First, Maggie has got to be one of the most caring, and, considerate complex managers I have ever met. She handles issues in a calm and level manner - fair, and, understanding and deals with problems quickly. I have not found the need for much in the way of maintenance in my time here, but, when I have, Maggie and Shane have both responded in very short order. I returned home very late one evening to find that the drain below my apartment had a blockage, Shane came to my apartment at 1:00 in the morning to assess the problem, then, returned at 7:00 am to complete the repair. Maintenance completion doesn't get much faster than that! Although I have only met the new owners briefly, I found them to be genuine, and, I feel, they truly care about making Mountain View the best that it can be. The improvements that have been completed so far have made huge leaps in that direction. (I LOVE the latest project - new succulent, drought-resistant landscaping on the upper level. Think green!) Thank you Maggie and crew! I can't imagine being at home anywhere else.
