The neighbors tried contacting upper management as our apartment manager does not respond to requests. We also had an issue with our plumbing in the middle of the night, but our apartment manager only answers the phone M-F 9-5. This is a problem especially in these isolating covid times. The maintenance has always been responsive, but without an on-site manager, we have had many emergency issues that were not getting addressed in a prompt manner.
