A resident was dead inside the building for over a month. My neighbor informed me that she tried several times to contact the landlord and she was extremely unhelpful and difficult to get a hold of and wouldn't go to check on him. On the day he was found, my neighbor had to call 911 and have the police and king county medical examiner come. The neighbors tried contacting upper management as our apartment manager does not respond to requests. We also had an issue with our plumbing in the middle of the night, but our apartment manager only answers the phone M-F 9-5. This is a problem especially in these isolating covid times. The maintenance has always been responsive, but without an on-site manager, we have had many emergency issues that were not getting addressed in a prompt manner.
