That the fault of whoever got the building contract. The best part of the experience has been dealing with Kayla and Ashton. They've really gone above and beyond since the start. Kayla was is constant communication with me and answered all my questions. She sent videos of the room, sent me dimensions before move, so I could buy furniture that would fit... lots of good to say about her. The staff does seem a bit overworked, but maybe this is the busy season. Regardless they've really done well to ensure a smooth move in and that any hiccups were quickly resolved. If they don't raise rent, maybe I'll resign and convince some friends to move here.

The apartment itself was great. It felt brand new, appliances all worked perfect, and the walk-in closet was massive. My only negative to the complex would be the location, which is tucked away in the back of Scott's. On the upside, that makes it really quiet - which was nice. If I was staying in SA, I'd definitely recommend Symbol.
