If there’s anything I can say about This apartment complex the maintenance crew is the best maintenance crew in the Henrico County area. They are very alert with any problem you’re having, they keep their word, and they make sure the final result of anything that needs to be done is done in a professional manner, Maintenance worker James and the manager Andy keep up the great work.
Living since 2015 here very comfortable apartment. Close to Walmart ,Kroger,desi store,nd library , post office .within 5 to 7 min drive .best part pool which my kids so likes and enough parking space .

My lifetime memories are here in Chelsea Square Apartments. I lived in Aldeburgh drive. It was such an amazing community with mixed people. Kroger, Costco, Short pump mall, Regence Mall, Best Buy, Lion King, UPS, USPS, lot of Indian grocery stores are all within 2 km radius. Mayland drive, North pharham road, West Broad street can be easily connected. Reasonable rental structure and it actually very calm place with required amenities. Very well maintained and they have good Maintenance & support team. People at the front office are much helpful.

My husband and I have lived at Chelsea Square just shy of a year. So far it's been a great experience! The office staff is always quick to respond to any questions! They are personable, knowledgeable, and kind.
When you're living in a townhouse build in the 70s you're gonna encounter various things that need repairs. Andy and the maintenance team are top notch! If we put in a service call we have a response within an hour or 2 and repairs or solutions in a timely fashion!
Recently, I noticed my dining room carpet was wet from a leak. It was after 9pm. I called emergency maintenance, left a message and had a return call from Dante within 15 minutes, he arrived at my home within 45. There was a contractor there by the following mid-morning time frame. They isolate and repaired the leak quickly. Carpet repair tech arrived, extracted all water from my carpet, removed damaged padding and placed large fans to dry out the floor and open wall. Next day, repair team arrived for wall repair, did all proper steps to prepare the wall for repairs. Wall was repaired within a couple hours and everything was done!!
The previous place we lived any maintenance work was like pulling teeth and often went ignored! We wish we had moved to Chelsea Square first!
We will stay here until we find a house we love!

Let me start by saying this, even before I joined this community, I had a desire for staying here as I loved how spacious these apartments are. After I started living here only then I realized that, I am already living in my dream apartment in town, which is unbeatably the best place to live and socialize. The community is so big that we don't have to stroll down the lanes outside the community. The in community lanes are sufficient enough for a resident to go for a family walk, or go out with friends.
The maintenance issues are resolved at the blink of an eye. Also, the backyard is the best place for family to have fun activities too.

I fell in love with this place the moment I found out about it. I have a coworker that was renting only a room I walked in, and it was the best place I’ve ever seen in my life. It was a whole dream. Come true. The people here are very professional very respectful, it’s a very lovely area definitely recommended to anybody

I just moved in and I absolutely love my new home. The area is very quite and my neighbors are very nice. Jamie did a wonderful job assisting me with the application process. Due to COVID I was not able to go into the office. However this was the easiest move in process that I have ever experienced. I am so happy that I chose this community for my new home for me and my family!

Firstly, you don't pay utility bill. It saves a lot. At least for us.
Apartments are old. But they are sound proof. I have never heard any sound from my near-by apartments for past 2.5 years. Houses are spacious.Car parking in convenient. Garbage disposal is easier.
Management is good as well. Until you sign the lease- you may have to go through some hardship with the rental office. But then on...its a cake walk.
Overall a very nice and cost effective way to stay for long.
