Been living here for 7 months and renewed my lease for another term. I have not experienced any bug activity or smell. The maintenance people who work here are fast and responsive and they weekly take care of the giant amounts of trash this building produces. The front office staff is extremely kind and understanding, they even helped me when one of my cats ran out of my apartment to go on an adventure in the halls. I’ve lived and been in many of the apartments that are on franklin in this vicinity and …. their reviews speak for themselves. I have a clean and spacious 1bedroom for my cats and I.
