The Watkins offers a unique living experience with its historic industrial/warehouse styling and atypical apartment layouts. The leasing consultants, particularly Hannah, are exceptional - knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. While the property is new and I can't comment on living there yet, I'm optimistic it will be an excellent place to call home. The complex's distinctive architecture and attentive staff make it stand out.

I toured the Watkins a couple of months ago. Awesome location, in the heart of Richmond. Walking distance to Shock Bottom, Church Hill, Downtown, Old Manchester, The Canal Walk etc. 6 minute drive to The Fan District, 8 mins to Scott's Addition. Really loved it but unfortunately they have not finished building it out yet and did not line up when I needed the apartment. Regardless though, the staff was very professional and responsive. The agent that was helping me was Hannah. Highly recommend checking them out and I definitely will next year once my lease is up at my current spot.
