I have been here a few months now and could not be more please. I manage several properties of my own and have a very high bar for expectations when it comes to property management. The Summit has exceeded all of my expectations. The property is very well maintained and cleaned on a regular basis. You can actually smell how clean it is as soon as you walk in, their attention to detail is amazing. You couldn't ask for a better location as it is walking distance to all of the great restaurants in Scott's Addition. The best feature about this complex has to be their management team! Hannah and Naomi are always available to answer or address any concerns/questions I have. They always make me feel like I am a priority. I can't thank the staff enough and I am so glad I chose the Summit to be my home.

Needed a short turnaround on taking a tour and Mark was quick to schedule for us and then spent all the time we needed to thoroughly see the entire property. Mark also shared valuable incite in to what he thought would work for us and showed us multiple apartments along with every amenity available at the Summit. I was very pleased with his commitment to our needs.
