I lived here in 2019 for about 3 months during a summer internship. They were very accommodating with my move-in and made sure all my shipped furniture was in my room when I arrived. Furthermore, I got back a fair amount of my security deposit, something I didn't expect for such a short stay. Unlike many other apartments, the rent was not raised to insane amounts when accounting for my short lease. While it is not the absolute cheapest option, you get great transportation, a larger living space, and are in close proximity to great restaurants.

The rooftop space is fantastic both indoors (private screening room, plenty of space and various kinds of seating options, gas fireplace, pool table, large kitchen/dining space fully equipped for hosting parties) and outside - has lots of seating, grills, and of course beautiful 360 degree views. Really enjoyed living in this building and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice spot in downtown Seattle.
