Uwajimaya Village Apartments is an affordable complex in the heart of Seattle's International District, situated on top of Uwajimaya Market. There's easy access to groceries and the attached Kinokuniya bookstore, there's dozens of restaurants within walking distance that serve delicious food, and the leasing agents (namely Baker, who processed my lease and patiently answers all my questions) are knowledgeable, friendly, and hardworking. This complex also features an Amazon locker, so packages aren't left in a common area or outside my door, and are secure until I can go grab them. Overall I very much enjoy living here, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

Moving to Uwajimaya Village Apartments is an extraordinary experience :) The leasing agent Baker was incredible every step of the way for all my questions with response times unheard of for most rental properties. The move in process was as transparent as can be (compared to the “normal” experience which is pretty bad). The move in was great with a convenient freight elevator and a walkthrough so there was no confusion about the state of the apartment when it was handed to me. I was very pleased by the level of communication within the community as well. My apartment is beautiful with a view of a momiji tree in the courtyard which provides privacy from other residents windows. It’s surprisingly quiet for the city and with connections to public transit I wish I could live here forever.
