Inside this upscale home, you'll experience chic and modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living space that has a peekaboo view of the waterfront from the balcony. This newly renovated condo features an in-unit washer and dryer. You will have full access to premium building amenities, including a pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and rooftop deck with stunning Puget Sound views. A communal barbecue is available for grilling. Your stay includes free Wi-Fi and a private balcony. Secure parking is available in a garage (gate entrance height 6 ft. 4 in.) for 1 guest vehicle. Up to 2 small dogs (no cats) are allowed, but you must show proof of current vaccination records. Surrounding the condo building, you'll find Seattle’s best restaurants, bars, and shops, with the waterfront just a short walk away. There's a tranquil and quiet courtyard that you're welcome to enjoy—a peaceful escape in the middle of the city. Nearby attractions include the World Cup Fan Zone at Seattle Center (10 min walk), Pike Place Market (8 min walk), the Space Needle/Seattle Center (10 min walk), the Seattle Waterfront (7 min walk), the Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP) (12 min walk), Chihuly Garden & Glass (11 min walk), the Amazon Spheres (15 min walk), the Seattle Art Museum (12 min walk), Westlake Center & Light Rail (10 min walk), T-Mobile Park & Lumen Field (7 min drive), and the Seattle Aquarium (9 min walk).
