Speaking purely about the maintenance team, they’re the best of any complex I’ve live at. Same day repairs are frequent. They have easily fix what’s requested, and if it has to be a couple days out, then they will give me notice and work with me to find a time where everybody is available, including myself. They also just installed a new hot water tank in less than an hour. I cannot thank them enough for being so great.

To be kind!!! I want to write a review about Regent et Bellevue Way Apartments. I started renting an apartment here from the beginning of this year. All the shortcomings of this place are more than covered by the robot of the whole team. Friendly and correct - all the technical staff. I especially want to highlight and thank the office. Great team!!! .... and of course Lisa N. Williams!!! This is a special person in this community, a professional in his field, who has not lost his cordiality and openness. I moved from Ukraine and I don’t speak English (I write through a translator) - it helped me a lot at the initial stage to apply and deal with the questionnaire. It was during the holidays, and when she got into my position, she accelerated her work and did everything possible so that my family would not stay on the street, but celebrate the holidays in a new apartment. Also, more than once she helped and went to the meeting in my questions. My pensioner mother lives with me and the rent is practically on me. My health was undermined, and this led to difficulties with work. I physically can’t do part of my work, so it affected my salary and rent payment. Lisa helped me here as well, she also kindly connected us to the Internet, calming us down and answering various questions. I see their care and desire to help us - I express my great gratitude to her. For me, she is the Angel of this year. Her leadership qualities and character have a positive impact on the whole team, and accordingly on the whole community and life in the Regent. Thank you very much, I hope the translation was correct and you understood me!!! I give Lisa and the team the highest score!!!
