Helios is a modern, stylish apartment in the heart of the Seattle Downtown with a nice view to the downtown city and high-rises as well as the waterfront. Apartments are equipped with modern appliances. The rooftop has amazing scenery with nice amenities. I moved here a month ago and my experience has been great. My leasing agent (Michelle) has been very supportive since the touring and guiding me through out the move-in process. 24/7 Concierge service is very helpful. I have a wonderful experience living in the Helios apartment!

Jason Merriman was great! He was very helpful and showed me units that met my criteria. He definitely enhanced my viewing experience at Helios. I’ll be bringing my wife back to look at the units I’m most interested in to see if Helios will be our new residence.
