I give 5 stars because the apt itself is pretty neat and good, my boyfriend and I both think the management is good. This building is old like many other downtown apt, but I was surprised how clean it is, and the facilities are good not old and broken like some other places. The clean rooftop and views were the reasons my boyfriend moved in. The price is reasonable for its management and location. It’s downtown, don’t be ridiculous and expect this area to be peaceful and quiet all the time; however, it is so convenient here for commute, grocery, fun stuff, and restaurants! It’s better for people who don’t want to pay for street parking( or park somewhere free in 15 min walk); otherwise, pay the 2 parking lots just right next to the building!
