I love living at Overton Park! It is a clean, quiet building with excellent management. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and I feel like I can reach out to our awesome on-site building manager, Abby, at any time (via text, phone, email, or in person). If you have a chance to rent here, I highly recommend it! I have zero complaints about KBC Management or the building :) If I weren't moving out of state soon, I'd be planning to live here for many more years.

We love our apartment and are continually impressed with KBC management. Abby, our Apartment Manager, goes above and beyond to make this place feel like home and provides top notch service. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is extremely walkable.
