After a year I can confirm this property is 5 stars. Oscar, the maintenance manager, is professional and kind. He does great work and makes sure the job is done when you need something fixed. (He also wears shoe covers which is amazing!) Kayla is always just a phone call or email away! She’s responsive and helpful. I’ve enjoyed living on a property that’s clean, managed well, quiet, safe and HOMEY! That’s for all you both do, it doesn’t go un-noticed.

Love, love, love this place! The apartments are spacious, grounds are beautifully kept, and it's quiet!! There is a mature, friendly community of neighbors who watch out for each other and respect apartment community living. The maintenance staff is responsive and friendly. The new manager is smart, effective, kind, personable and tends to tenants with respect and care. She gets things done! A great place to live!
