I lived at Cornerstone for years when I first moved to Oregon. I love my unit, it's spacious, has all the amenities I was looking for, secure the upkeep of the property is consistent, and it's conveniently located near a grocery store, many restaurants/eateries & several major transit lines. Great for someone who doesn't drive. The leasing office manager at the time I moved in was really nice, I liked him. Unfortunately, he moved to a new property. (Things can't always be perfect) There was a span of about 8months there was no stable manager in the office and things declined rapidly. To the point I contemplated moving. However, for the last 2 years since the current manager, Kahner, has been there, he's turned it around. It's better than when I first moved in. I recommend Cornerstone to all my friends when I know they're looking to move, in large part because he's there. I've never actually loved a property manager, but Kahner is the best. If you're looking, Cornerstone is a great place to consider.

I moved in October of this year. From beginning until now, I have no complaints about the building or their management. Everyone has been polite respectful and curious. I appreciate Kanner and Edwin for being patient with me as I was moving in. They went above and beyond to assist me. Everything is in walking distance and it is quiet. I have met some neighbors they are friendly. It has been a blessing to have found this place. Thank you so much Warmly Gloria
