Nyasha Mallory was an amazing help to me while on my apartment search. I was a bit under the weather and fatigued at the time however she still took her time to give me a tour, provide me with quote options and even some very thoughtful ways on how I could best get over my seasonal cold. From move in, Nick was a pleasure to help with move in and making sure I was settled in. He even stayed a little later the day I signed my move in ppw, bc I got off work later than expected. Still he didn’t complain or make me feel like a burden (despite me knowing how eager we all are to go home after a long day at work). Upon my renters insurance needing renewal he made sure to contact me promptly to renew and help with ensuring all ppw was correct. I’m now moving into my own home at the end of my lease and really wanted to make sure he recieve the praise he deserves given that he’s been on top of my vacancy ppw and again a pleasure to work with through this time. Overall, if you decide to make Gramercey your home, you can rest assured you will be taken care of, aside from the amazing location of these apartments as it is already. Also, before I forget, of the 3 times I needed maintenance done in my apartment, the work was done and fixed within well less than 24 hrs, always a quick turn around. Couldn’t have picked a better place for my last years renting.
