Best complex in Noda 100%!!! I am a current resident and have lived at this complex for the past 12 months (2024 - 2025) and it has been hands down the best apartment complex I've ever stayed in! The leasing team is incredible at this location - Specifically shoutout to Kristine Faryniak and Justin Hobgood! The building itself is kept super clean and the shared amenities are wonderful! Noise has never been an issue (I live 2nd floor from the top). My unit (and most of the units) have huge balconies, lots of natural light, and high quality finishes like very nice in unit washing machines and granite counter tops. The building is super new and you can tell it was built with high quality. Beyond the pool and gym they also have electric bikes and scooters on-site that residents can use! Not to mention the free coffee station and free printing. The parking garage is super convenient and free visitor parking on the first level for your guests. On top of all that they also do community events that are actually really great! At least once a month they have a yoga instructor come in to give a class for free to residents, and tons of other fun events and mixers! Obviously the location is also insanely perfect! The light rail is only 1 block away so you easily get to south end or anywhere in the city. Plus the entire noda strip area is like a 3 block walk away with tons of places to eat, drink, live music every weekend, etc. Residents are mainly young professionals 20's-30's in the building, everyone is super friendly. 10 out of 10 highly recommend! Plus they're usually running super good specials giving 1-2 months free of rent.

Living in this apartment has been a wonderful experience! The modern design, ample natural light, and spacious layout make it incredibly inviting. The kitchen is perfect for cooking, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are luxurious and well-designed. The building amenities, including the gym, pool, and lounge, are fantastic, and the management team is always friendly and responsive. The location is ideal, with great restaurants, cafes, and easy access to public transportation. This apartment truly offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. Highly recommended!

As a prospective tenant, I wanted to share my wonderful experience by giving this preliminary 5-stars review on the office staff, namely Justin and Tyeast “Ty”—both AWESOME, and on the beautification of the property. Upon entering the office, Ty acknowledged us (my son and I) with the friendliest greeting and kindly informed that our tour guide, Justin, will be right with us. As Justin guided us on our tour, he was very personable, professional, highly knowledgeable of the property, and patient in answering all of our questions. He and Ty possess such upbeat and positive energy. They are quick to answer and address any concerns, in person or over the phone. They seemed to truly love their jobs and the Link Apartments community. In addition, the property itself is simply BEAUTIFUL! I believe the complex is brand new, built 2024, and it shows! The grounds are IMMACULATE (clean from front to back, top to bottom with great amenities such as sparkling pools, grills, courtyards, work studios, parking garage, etc.) and the apartment units are STUNNING (very modern with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, fancy fixtures, high ceilings, etc.). My son loves the artsy vibrant location and the quick access to the Lynx Blue Line. It’s even more enticing to rent here now that they are offering current lease specials to help lower move-in cost, which is very appreciative during this time of high inflation. We fell in love with the property and I strongly believe my son will soon make this property his next new home. From my initial overview, I would highly recommend the Link Apartments at NoDa. I had such an amazing experience from the moment I started my tour to moving in today!! Justin was so so kind, thoughtful, and explained the property so well to me, as well as took the time to open my eyes to the greatness of the Noda area since I wasn’t familiar with it! I was deciding between this and another property, but ultimately chose this one. Kristina, the property manager, was so engaging with me through the whole process of applying and moving in! I truly feel that they care about the residents and I’m so excited to be a part of this community!!!! It feels like home already! 😊

I absolutely love Link NoDa 36th! I’ve lived here over a month now, and I’m beyond glad I picked this complex. I moved from out of state for work, and the transition was really nerve-wracking for me, as it is my first job out of university. From the moment I stepped into Link, I knew that the complex was a winner (and trust me, I looked at tons of complexes). The office staff is friendly, enthusiastic, and genuinely cares about the residents on a personal level. In particular, G has been absolutely amazing and beyond helpful; he took me on my tour, helped with signing my lease, assisted with move in, and has helped with several other miscellaneous things since I’ve been at the property. From answering tons of questions, making sure maintenance made it to my unit to fix an issue during move in when I hadn’t heard from the team, helping me with the packaging system, and even going as far as to remember and ask about my family post-hurricane— G has been nothing but welcoming, kind, and informative. The complex itself and the units are beautiful (safe area with locked/limited access doors, amazing amenities, new appliances/new construction in general, and is very clean), the other residents are very friendly, and the location is perfect for my lifestyle/what I was looking for in this stage of my life. Definitely beyond glad I went with this complex, because it’s been nothing short of fantastic so far!

We are SO incredibly happy with our decision to move here. It’s been almost 3 months and we just keep loving it everyday. The first time we came here Justin gave us the tour. He blew us away on the tour. Any question , concern we had he answered. We are so thankful for the rest of the team here as well. From moving in we have had a great time getting to know the staff. Always listening and considerate. The mixers have been so fun and such a great way to meet our neighbors. We appreciate all the things the apartment does. We love it here! Thank you guys for being amazing!

I love living here. The manager is amazing. I always feel at home and the staff makes me feel so welcome. If I ever have any issues the staff makes sure I’m taken care of. Every time I see the manager I always see her running around and working hard to make sure the resistance are always satisfied and taken care of.

I can’t say enough good things about Ty, she made the experience friendly, simple and easy. She is fun, loving and a beautiful woman who knows her line of work, Ty listened with genuine concern and assured me that this community values the well-being of its tenants, and I’m grateful for her as well as the team. Ty worked tirelessly to help me meet the requirements for signing, and she found a unit that fits me perfectly. It's like she has a sixth sense for matching people with their ideal homes. Ty is simply the best! I'm incredibly grateful for her assistance in helping me find a place where I can finally rest easy. If you're looking for a new home, ask for Ty. She'll make your leasing experiences a breeze. *Additionally “Link Apartments Noda 36” in general is a virtually beautiful community with great modern features, common ground and pool areas very well maintained, excellent gym, “Pet-Lovers” dog park and paw spa simply amazing!!
