I just moved in and will update if anything changes later. My impression so far is that the staff is helpful, property is clean, and apartment is updated. At move in, everyone in the office welcomed me home and included my dog in the welcome as well. It was cute. My apt was clean and amenities well maintained. It’s a plus that I can use amenities at both phases.

I can truly say that I've had a wonderful experience living at Link Apartments Montford. I moved in summer of 2023 and have genuinely not had a complaint. I've gotten to work with two outstanding leasing agents - Christina and Paige - who've been so responsive and personable. The apartment complex itself is wonderful and new with great amenities and located in a great spot near Park Road and Montford. Quiet apartment complex with a lot of young professionals. I've had great experiences, also, with the maintenance team. Very responsive and timely. I would recommend Link to anyone!
