I have lived at the Estates at Ballantyne for almost 10 years and I feel it is a more than a place to live - it is home. From the spacious size of the unit (including a garage that enters and exits into the apartment, which is rare indeed) to the numerous amenities to the fantastic support team it truly is townhouse/apartment living at it’s best. The office staff (Catherine and Silvia) are always available to answer questions with a smile and show their appreciation for your business. And the maintenance team of Robert, Chris and Angel always respond to your needs in a timely and professional manner. The clubhouse is warm and welcoming, the pool is a great place to socialize and stay cool on those hot summer days and the gym is well equipped and open 24/7. The entire staff truly wants to make your experience here a positive and enjoyable one. All I can add is that if you are looking for a great place to rent in Ballantyne you owe it to yourself and your family to visit the Estates at Ballantyne

We just moved here a couple of weeks ago. And we are loving the neighborhood. The staff is very friendly. My work order requests have been completed in an acceptable timeframe. Robert is great!! So far we are very pleased and happy here. We definitely recommend The Estates at Ballantyne. I love my new home! So clean and so quiet..
