Maintenance is awesome!! I put in a maintenance request online last night. Mr. Lebron came out today and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable😊

Hello! This is going to be a two part review, right now it’s the move in process I’m rating and the experiences so far. It will be edited in a month or two to update how it’s going. For now though, the experience getting started, the move in, etc has been SO smoothe! Sarah and honestly everyone there has been extremely patient with my husband and I as it’s our first apartment by ourselves. Sarah answered every single question with so much confidence and calmness. Never giving an attitude or treating us like burdens! Everyone was also very competent and intelligent. I felt supported and respected even though I went in pajamas half the time because most of my clothes were in storage. So much kindness came from everyone and I’m grateful this has been so easy. You get a move in checklist as well, and have 7 days to return it. It really gives you a chance to feel out the apartment and use everything. Only thing is the floor I guess is not very quiet so my downstairs neighbor begun banging on the roof from my husband and I just walking around (9:40pm) so just an advisory as we cannot levitate, this is simply a part of apartment living. But I guess the floors aren’t that muffled. Other than that it has been a pleasure thus far :) Update: I still have the same opinions, very happy with my living situation.
