I feel compelled to write a review because I don't understand some of the negative feedback about my building. I've lived here for almost two years, and while no place is perfect, Hazel has never let me down. I absolutely love living here. Each morning, I enjoy my coffee in the lobby, chat with the friendly concierge, and then head to work. Many evenings, I walk to nearby restaurants and shops, appreciating the convenience of not having to drive. Hazel consistently deserves five stars in my opinion. A big thank you to the staff for keeping the building clean and organizing great events.

I recently moved into my new apartment here at hazel and the experience was incredibly smooth and easy. From the initial application process to the final walkthrough, everything was well-organized and efficient.
Kelli and the team have been responsive and helpful, answering all my questions promptly. The apartment itself was clean and ready for move-in, with all necessary utilities already set up, which made the transition seamless.
The building amenities are a great bonus. I appreciate the secure environment and the convenience of the location. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience. Highly recommend Hazel!

Hazel is in the heart of beautiful Southpark. I haven’t used my car in over three weeks, since we walk everywhere.
In addition, I was carrying my son and had several bags in my hand. The people in the office noticed and offered to help me with my bags. Just one of the many things I love about this place!
Absolutely love my building! This is the safest most efficient place I’ve lived recently. The place is serene and everyone is so professional and respectful. What a delight to love where you live. The maintenance department can be counted on for any and all calls. The professionalism from everyone and including the concierge department is top notch!!!

This apartment has everything I need—modern, spacious, and well-maintained. The amenities are great, especially the gym and rooftop view. The location is perfect, close to shops and transport. Management is responsive, and maintenance is fast. Highly recommend!
