We use a third-party service, PetScreening, to ensure compliance with pet and animal policies. All are required to complete a Pet, No Pet or Animal Profile. A nominal annual fee is required to register pets. Those without pets are required to certify their status and no fee is required. Those who have reasonable accommodation requests for a service or emotional support animal need to provide documentation for review and approval. Approved service or emotional support animals won’t incur a fee.
A maximum of three (3) pets will be allowed per apartment. A refundable pet deposit of $250 is required, or a Deposit IQ non-refundable fee for deposit alternative is required: 1 to 2 pets the DIQ fee is $87.50 and for 3 pets the DIQ fee is $175. In addition, a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 per pet will be required. Pet rent of $20.00 per pet per month will be added to the monthly apartment rent. All pets must meet the property requirements as listed in the GWR Master Addendum.

My husband is a new resident here and also a teacher which makes application processing very difficult for him with his schedule. I ended up having to take on a lot of making sure his paperwork and things were submitted and let me just say that penny and apple were amazing through this whole process. We got the wonderful opportunity to meet apple from the very beginning and she was delightful to work with. She showed us the apartment and wasn’t rushing us through. I got the opportunity to work with penny over the phone and she was so just upbeat and fun and that was just over the phone! She was so appreciative of me handling things for a smooth process and i really appreciated that! I finally got to meet her in person after hyping her up to my husband and she was everything i pictured and more! She’s such a fun and warm person. It’s like being in her presence is like being around a friend that you’ve know for years! My husband and i couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful she is and how much he’s going to love living there. I will also like to add that although I’m not a current resident there yet i love the community. I visit my husband when i can due to my work schedule but i just love that he’s happy where he is finally. I love that he considers this a place where he would stay for awhile. I’m happy to have been a part of this process and i recommend this place 1000%.

Where do I start ! I’ve been living here since February 2020, 3 months after I moved from San Francisco and I can’t say anything bad about living here. When I did my search of places I truly wanted to be able to see the potential empty apartment I would be able to move into. When I came Tina showed me the exact unit I would be moving into as well as the desired floor I wanted. I appreciate the new stainless steel appliances, floor to ceiling big windows, screened in porch, ceiling fan in the bedroom 🥵 , and the fireplace. The staff is always looking out! Keeping our community looking beautiful, adding new touches here and there, and love that maintenance is always on point . I can’t stress enough how grateful I am for such a great maintenance team y’all are the sh*t! Ivan , Ray and the awesome lady groundskeeper (I’m so sorry i forget her name, please forgive me). Penny is a nice manager, very helpful & understanding which I appreciate so much. Pernease is the best, I just love how sweet she is. I’m thankful for you guys making my stay in Charlotte such a great one .
