Working from home? The open-concept floor plans at Camden Cotton Mills provide flexibility to create your perfect home office, and six floor plans include a dedicated den! As a resident, you'll enjoy modern conveniences and upscale amenities like a rooftop terrace with saltwater pool and grilling stations, community room with full kitchen, community workspace with WiFi, and 24-hour fitness center with cardio and free weights. Camden Cotton Mills is pet-friendly, accepting dogs and cats, up to two pets per apartment home with a 35 lb. weight limit per pet. As an Airbnb-friendly community, residents can host their apartment home on Airbnb part-time, up to 90 days per year. (Hosting is subject to local laws and regulations.) Camden residents can take advantage of an exclusive discount with CORT to rent furniture and accessories for your apartment home. I can’t say enough good things about Camden Cotton Mills! From the moment I walked in, the leasing consultants, Whitney and Xavier, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through the entire leasing process, and made everything feel seamless and stress-free. Their professionalism and friendliness truly stand out. The maintenance staff here are top-notch as well. Any time I’ve had a request, it’s been handled promptly and efficiently, with clear communication throughout. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the property in excellent condition. The community amenities are fantastic, and the location is great —right in the heart of Charlotte, with easy access to everything you could need. The apartments themselves are well designed, with nice layouts and finishes. If you're looking for a place that combines excellent service, a great community, and a prime location, Camden Cotton Mills is it. If I had some areas for improvement, they would be: 1) Create an automated workflow of apps and access to be provisioned, once contract is signed. For example, creating a WO for Spectrum services, Camden Living App access, integrating the water and electricity payments and billing into the Camden app. 2) Clearly numbering garage floors at the pillars. 3) Having an expanded area for parking bicycles 4) Enabling a location tracking when in the community via a community map (available via the app), so one can find navigating the maze of units and facilities.

Xavier is a top notch professional who is kind, helpful and patient. I have been a Camden Resident for just over 7 years, living at multiple properties due to job relocations. With that being said, not many properties take my breath away but Cotton Mills definitely does! Xavier set up a self-guided tour for me and the moment I stepped into the property I fell in LOVE! The city views are stunning, the interior is clean and VERY well kept, the apartments are spacious and functional. The only drawback for me is that it is a cat friendly property and I have two dogs. So there are no pet stations, unless you walk across the street. Other than that I would be more than happy to live in this community.
