Our two and three-bedroom townhomes include four levels of luxury living that offer chef-worthy kitchens, custom walk-in closets, flex space perfect for a home office, rooftop terrace and private garage. Residents love having luxury amenities at their fingertips with our 24x7 concierge service, saltwater pool with views of Uptown, 24x7 fitness center and private yoga studio. Additional amenities include game lounge with billiards, 24-hour community workspace with WiFi printer and movie theater. Our community sits at the intersection of Charlotte’s most vibrant neighborhoods, Uptown Charlotte, South End and Dilworth. With our central location on East Morehead Street and direct access to the Carson Street Light Rail Stop, you can easily get anywhere you need to go in the city. As an Airbnb-friendly community, residents can host their apartment home on Airbnb part-time, up to 90 days per year. (Hosting is subject to local laws and regulations.) My move into Camden Grandview Apartments was exceptionally smooth, thanks to the incredible staff at the front desk who were not only nice but extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. Whitney, in particular, stood out for her responsiveness and eagerness to assist; she has truly been the best support I could ask for during this transition. The concierge service was a wonderful addition, assisting me with my move-in process and even taking the time to show me around the mail room. As for the apartment itself, it exceeded my expectations - it's very spacious and looks even better in person. The complex's use of apps to navigate and access various amenities has proven to be very helpful, enhancing my overall living experience. Since moving in, my experience has been nothing but positive, making Camden Grandview Apartments a fantastic place to call home.
