There is an updated eat-in kitchen with white Shaker style cabinets, quartz counter top, modern faucet and sink. The kitchen has lots of natural light and a updated floor, 2 door frost free refrigerator and self cleaning gas stove. There is excellent gas heat, and we pay for the hot water. Laundry, Bi-Rite groceries and shopping are available in the immediate neighborhood. Located near Hayes and Divisadero in the heart of NOPA. We are ½ block from Alamo Square. NOPA Restaurant, Bi-Rite Market and many other restaurants and shops are nearby. Several laundries and the Sunday Farmer’s Market are 2 blocks away. It’s a great location. No Brokerage or Application fees. Available now, the first month rent is waived. One year lease is required. A cat would be ok, but no dogs and no smoking are allowed. Questions?
