We have lived in Panomar for a year. We definitely would have lived here longer except we are moving for the military. Jenn is an amazing manager. We feel very lucky to have met her. She is very thoughtful and eager to help with anything you need. Tim the maintenance manager is also really great. Keeping everything in tip top shape. The apartments are really nice with great views. The location is great. We would highly recommend living here.

I would definitely recommend renting an apartment from here. It has an exceptional view, all amenities, easy access to Alameda/Oakland, and easy parking. Very quiet neighborhood too!
